OVERVIEW

A10 is an acoustic underlay designed to give maximum efficiency at reducing impact noise through floors when used as a replacement acoustic underlay beneath carpets.  Produced using recycled felt and rubber the product will efficiently absorb noise from footfalls and movement of furniture so neighbours beneath will not be subjected to unnecessary noise as a result.

DESCRIPTION

A10 acoustic underlay for carpets is produced from high grade recycled felt and rubber and should be used instead of normal underlays beneath carpets for more efficient reduction of impact noise through floors and can be used on most floors including concrete and timber.  Due to its flexibility it is also ideal for use on uneven floors.

The product can also be glued to concrete floors to bring them into Part E compliance for the reduction of both airborne and impact noise although not designed to reduce airborne noise is still effective when tested glued down.  For more efficient reduction of airborne noise, use our QuietFloor acoustic underlay instead.
